The important bits, in plain English.
What you get
Setup is priced from €590 per AI assistant, and your exact fee is confirmed in your quote. It covers a discovery call, training the assistant on your business and tone, setting it up on WhatsApp and/or website chat, connecting the tools agreed at setup (such as Google Calendar, Calendly or HubSpot), and testing. It goes live only once you've approved it. We fix any errors in the agreed setup at no charge.
The P30 platform
Your assistant runs on P30, a third-party platform. Everything Digital bills the platform costs, including hosting and AI usage, as part of your monthly retainer. You will not be billed directly by P30.
Meta WhatsApp fees
Any WhatsApp message charges from Meta are billed directly to your WhatsApp Business account, not through us.
Additional updates
After launch, updates beyond fixing errors are charged separately. That includes new flows, content changes, extra integrations, channels, languages or numbers. We'll plan these with you and quote before any work starts.
Payment
Setup is paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch.
Why costs might change
P30 or Meta change their prices, and we'll tell you as soon as we hear. P30 platform costs are billed by Everything Digital as part of your monthly retainer; Meta WhatsApp charges are billed directly to your WhatsApp Business account. You use more than your P30 plan allows. New Meta policies or legal rules, for example on AI or data, mean extra work. You ask for extra updates or features, which are always quoted and agreed with you first. We review our own prices once a year, with at least 30 days' written notice.
AI accuracy
The assistant can occasionally get things wrong. When it isn't sure, it hands over to your team with the full chat. You remain responsible for any quotes, bookings or advice given to your customers.
Outages
We aim for 24/7 running but can't guarantee it, because P30 and Meta are outside our control. If something goes wrong, we'll tell you and help restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
Cancellation
The setup fee is non-refundable once work starts. You can cancel your P30 plan under P30's own terms, and we'll help you take your data and WhatsApp number with you.
Legal
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by English law, with Spanish consumer law applying where required.
